A familiar home for a new song.
CD TEX connects the people making country music with the people looking for it—across Texas Country, Traditional Country, Red Dirt, and Western Swing.
Built on music and relationships
The CD TEX name has been part of this community since 2000. Bill Green built a service centered on independent artists, radio, and the people working behind a release. The CD TEX Radio Show followed in 2002.
His family is working to preserve that character while making the process easier to understand and manage. The familiar look stays; clearer instructions and a guided submission process help artists bring their best information to the team.
A starting point for artists
You may be preparing your first single or working with a promoter. Either way, the form helps you gather your recording, credits, artwork, and links in one place.

A well-prepared release gives recipients a clear way to identify the song, learn about the artist, and find the available audio files.

Debbie and Jerrad Green are continuing Bill’s work. Single submissions are open for review through this website, with the same personal commitment to independent artists. Please contact us about other services and radio-show availability.
Thank you for giving the family time to do this with care.
