Single delivery · Label copy

Let’s get your song ready for radio.

Your song, your credits, and the files radio needs—all in one place. A little guidance at each step.

“Label copy” simply means the song information and credits that travel with your music. We’ll guide you through the details one section at a time.

Your song & delivery

* Required for a complete release. “If applicable” means include it when it exists for your song or team. “Optional” means you may leave it blank. Incomplete work can still be saved as a draft; that does not make it ready to deliver.

Before you begin

Have your final WAV or AIFF, cover art, songwriters’ names, publishing details, and ISRC ready. CD TEX reviews country-format suitability, production quality, explicit content, and its no-AI music policy* before approval.

Use the name radio should display, including any featured artist credit.
The length of this exact recording. We can compare it with your audio file.

An ISRC is a 12-letter-and-number ID for this exact recording. It is different from a song title or PRO membership number. You may paste it with or without dashes.

Where do I find my ISRC?

Ask your recording studio, producer or record label: “Has an ISRC been assigned to this exact recording?” If it has, use that ISRC. If you own the recording and need a new ISRC, use the US ISRC Agency’s application below. PRO membership does not assign an ISRC. Please do not make one up.

Immediate release means as soon as we finish reviewing your submission, receive payment and prepare your audio and artwork—usually the same day once everything is ready. It does not mean the instant you submit. If you choose a date, delivery is planned for 10 a.m. Texas time. Missing information or unfinished artwork can delay either option.

The day you would like CD TEX to send your single. Approval, payment and finished media are required before delivery. If your requested time passes before everything is ready, we will confirm a new date. This is separate from your streaming release date.

Two mailings are included: the initial delivery and one complimentary repeat during the life of the single. Contact CD TEX to request the repeat, ideally a week ahead, with your preferred date and a short, accurate headline. The repeat is not scheduled automatically.

Weekly radio tracking — currently unavailable

Tracking reports measured radio airplay. We are reviewing this service before offering it again. No tracking charge is included.

If yes, provide your single cover art in the Files section. A CD TEX staff member must design and prepare your banner as a separate step. Your release email must wait until the finished banner is ready.
